### GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE

#### ARTICLE 1: SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded through our website.

#### ARTICLE 2: ORDERS
Automatic registration systems are considered proof of the nature and content of the order. Our site confirms acceptance of the order to the customer at the email address provided by the customer. The sale will be concluded upon validation of payment for the order, i.e., the date of validation of payment for orders paid online by credit card or the date of receipt of payment by check. Our site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.

#### ARTICLE 3: AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS
As long as our offers and their prices are visible on the site, they are valid. The availability indicated at the time the customer consults the site remains dependent on the stock status at our premises and at our suppliers. To create our showcase and our sales catalog, we work with databases enriched based on information provided by our suppliers. This database contains more than a hundred items, not all of which are stored in our reserves and our offer is then subject to the availability of items at suppliers.

Only the definitive shortage of an item at our suppliers results in its removal from our sales offer. In other cases, a new order within a certain period remains possible. When there is unavailability on an ordered product, the customer is informed by email or on the invoice for the products shipped in the case of an order of several items.

Delivery deadline for the order: when placing the order and on the order acknowledgment, a delivery time is communicated to customers. It is calculated by adding the availability time of the longest product to the delivery time of the transport method selected by the customer. From the moment the order is placed to its dispatch, the customer has the option to cancel their order.

Special features:
Pre-order items: items to be released are available on our website for pre-order. This reservation is made with the indication of a release date announced by the publisher at the time the reservation phase opens. This release date can be changed at any time by the publisher, who is solely responsible for the marketing of its product. In all cases, from the final sale date, we undertake to ship the items to customers who have reserved, up to the stock provided by the publisher for the release date.

#### ARTICLE 4: PRICES
The prices indicated in euros are deemed net, excluding shipping costs. This price includes the price of the products, handling, packaging and storage costs. They are subject to change at any time without notice, knowing that the items will be invoiced on the basis in effect when the order is registered. All orders are invoiced in euros and payable in euros. Any customs fees or local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.

#### ARTICLE 5: SHIPPING COSTS
Our site gives you the opportunity to benefit from free shipping and delivery.

#### ARTICLE 6: PAYMENT
You have several payment methods offering maximum security guarantees. You can pay:
- By credit or debit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard) or directly on the site, in the payment form proposed during the ordering process (secure entry by SSL encryption), by entering the type of card, your card number without spaces between the numbers, the control number (located on the back of your card) as well as the expiry date.
- By Paypal Payment.

Payment is made on the secure banking servers of our partners. This means that no banking information about you passes through our site. Payment by credit card is therefore completely secure; your order will be recorded and validated as soon as the payment is accepted by the bank.

#### ARTICLE 7: DELIVERY
We deliver to your home or to a relay point. The delivery time includes the time taken to prepare the package, plus the delivery time. The buyer is notified by email of the various stages of order tracking: preparation and delivery.

#### ARTICLE 8: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, EXCEPTION TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, OUR RETURN POLICY
8.1 Subject to the exceptions listed below (point 8.6), you may withdraw from your order within 14 days from the date on which you physically took possession of the purchased goods (or the last good, batch or piece if the contract relates to the delivery of several goods or several batches or pieces delivered separately), provided that the items are not used, transformed or detached from their original form. Personalized products (choice of sizes, color products, customization, etc.) are firm and definitive purchases, exchangeable only after inspection and with the agreement of the company.

8.2 You must notify us of your decision to withdraw and request for change to the company. To comply with the withdrawal period, you simply need to send your request for withdrawal before the 14-day period expires, attaching a precise and complete description of the defect affecting the product.

8.3 After acceptance of your withdrawal request, the product(s) must be returned by post at your expense.

8.4 For any additional information on the scope, content and instructions for exercising the right of withdrawal, please contact us by email.

8.5 Effect of withdrawal:
After acceptance of your withdrawal request, we will exchange your product with the product of your choice. The amount of the product(s) must be greater than or equal to that of the exchanged product(s). If you choose a product with a higher amount than your initial product, you will have to pay the difference. If you choose a product with a lower amount, we will refund you the difference. We reserve the right to delay the production of the change until we have received the product(s). We also reserve the right to reverse our decision to accept an exchange if it turns out that the description of the defect given by the customer does not correspond to the findings made during the return inspection of the item. In the event of a discrepancy between the returned items and the initial order, the company will not be able to accept the change.

8.6 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- The delivery of products that have been made to measure;
- Delivery of colored wigs and hairpieces. All natural hair wigs are adjusted, recreated, and customized after receipt of payment. Wigs are therefore a firm and definitive purchase, and no refunds for any reason will be granted. Please contact us first if a real manufacturing defect is found. The withdrawal period is only applicable for Europe. In Switzerland, withdrawal is not applicable; purchases are firm and definitive for all products.

#### ARTICLE 9: TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP - TRANSFER OF RISKS
The transfer of ownership of the products to the purchaser will only take place after full payment of the price by the latter, regardless of the delivery date of said products. However, the transfer of the risks of loss and deterioration of the products will take place upon delivery and receipt of said products by the purchaser.

#### ARTICLE 10: PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Our site is the producer and owner of all or part of the databases making up this site. By accessing this site, the customer acknowledges that the data composing it are legally protected, and in particular is prohibited from extracting, reusing, storing, reproducing, representing or preserving, directly or indirectly, on any type of medium, by any means and in any form whatsoever, all or part qualitatively or quantitatively substantial of the content of the databases appearing on the site to which he accesses.

#### ARTICLE 11: RESPONSIBILITY
The descriptions of the products present in the databases of our site were entered according to the information communicated by the publishers. We are not responsible for the content of the works and cannot be held liable towards the purchaser.

#### ARTICLE 12: ACCEPTANCE BY THE PURCHASER
These general terms and conditions of sale and the prices are expressly agreed to and accepted by the purchaser, who declares and acknowledges

having full knowledge of them, and therefore waives the right to rely on any contradictory document, including their own general terms and conditions of purchase. The act of purchase implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

#### ARTICLE 13: COLLECTION OF PACKAGES
Customers have a period of three months from the date of notification of the availability of the package to collect it. After this period, and after having attempted to contact the customer by the means of communication provided (email address and telephone number), we reserve the right to put the items back on sale. No claim may be made by the customer regarding items not collected within this period.

 

Conditions of the Wig Fitting Offer

Deadline to Benefit from Free Installation

When you purchase a wig worth more than €500 on our site, you receive a free installation. However, please note that this offer is only valid for a period of 1 month from the date of purchase of the wig.

Conditions of Validity of the Offer

  • 1-month deadline : You must schedule an appointment and have your wig fitted within 1 month of purchase. After this time, the free fitting offer will no longer be valid.

  • After-Deadline Rate : If you wish to have the installation done after the one-month deadline, a fee of 40 euros will be applied.
